Butler Green
Butler Green offers 28 clinically enhanced beds for patients who need short-term rehabilitation and nursing care.
Medlock Court
Medlock Court provides 32 enablement beds where residents receive rehabilitation and therapy support from dedicated care and therapy staff. Each person receives a holistic assessment, including input from a social worker, to ensure all care needs are met.
Specialist Services
The service includes a range of specialist health and social care support, such as the IV Therapy Service, where nurses can provide IV antibiotics either in the community or at a clinic.
Community and Urgent Response
Community Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, and Enablement staff work together as an Urgent Response Team to support people in crisis within their own homes.
The team assesses individuals in their home environment, provides tailored support, and helps them improve their functional ability to return to their usual level of independence.
Cost
These services are non-chargeable for the duration of the care episode.
