Coronavirus information (Planning)
Due to coronavirus we are having to make some changes to our usual service:
We are in the process of upgrading our planning application system. Unfortunately, this means that at the moment the search facility is only partially functional.
Any new applications submitted from 5 October 2020 can be accessed in the normal way.
You will also be able to search for cases prior to 14 August 2019. Any cases between the start of 14 August 2019 and 4 October 2020 will not be available. These cases will be available from Monday, 26 October 2020.
You will need a new account to access the system, please register your details to set this up. If you previously had an account this will no longer work.
Do not include any personal information, such as your name, address or contact details, in the comments section of an application as this will be made public.
Your name and address, which are required in other sections of the online comments page will not be publicised, but cannot be treated as confidential and will be available for public inspection upon request.
Only comments submitted after 5 October will be available to view in the search facility.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you would like to make a comment and are unable to view the documents, please contact the case officer (if known) or email@example.com.
They will be able to advise whether there is the opportunity to extend the time available for you to submit comments.
There are several ways that you can search online for planning applications including:
- By application number
- By address
- By date decided or validated
What if your application isn't online yet?
It may take up to 5 working days for plans and documents associated with applications to appear online.
