Coronavirus information (Planning)
Due to coronavirus we are having to make some changes to our usual service:
System upgrade
We are currently upgrading our planning application system, unfortunately, this means that the search facility is not functioning fully. We are working to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Accounts
You will need a new account to access the system, please register your details to set this up. If you previously had an account this will no longer work.
Older browser issues
Internet Explorer is not compatible with this System.
Please use a more up to date browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Safari to view planning applications.
Make a comment online
If you would like to make a comment and are unable to view the documents, please contact the case officer (if known) or planning.admin@oldham.gov.uk. They will be able to advise whether there is an opportunity to extend the time available for you to submit comments.
Comments submitted will now be available to view in the search facility. Please not include any personal information, such as your name, address, or contact details, in the comments section of an application as this will be made public. Your name and address, which are required in other sections of the online comments page will not be publicised, but cannot be treated as confidential and will be available for public inspection upon request.
