Some My Account services will be unavailable from 5pm Thu 5 March to Tue 10 March while we calculate Council Tax bills and Housing Benefit awards for 2026/27. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Affected services

If you've tried to resolve a hedge dispute without success, you can file a complaint with the Council.

The Council won’t mediate or negotiate between you and the hedge owner but will decide if the hedge is unfairly affecting your enjoyment of your property.
