Nearly all applications are determined within 6 weeks.

You can meet with the Planning Officer and Aboribultural Officer on site to discuss applications and ask advice.

If consent is refused, you can appeal to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister against a decision made by the Council (details are in the decision notice you will be sent).
