Your Health Oldham

Oldham’s Health Improvement Service offer is a FREE service for Oldham residents or those registered with an Oldham GP to move more, lose weight, stop smoking and drink less alcohol through:

  • Targeted and Specialist Weight Management (BMI 25 + or 23+ for BAME)
  • 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions
  • Individual support
  • Support for children and whole families
  • Virtual and face to face group activity & educational sessions
  • Text “Oldham” to 62277 for FREE and we will call you back
