There are range of organisations and resources available to home educators, we have listed some of these below for information. Please note however that the LA is not endorsing content nor approach for those on this list and other resources will be available on the internet.
As stated in the EHE Guide for Parents, as a home educator, you are responsible for your child’s well-being. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that anyone you engage to help you provide home education is suitable to have access to children. Where appropriate, we encourage home educators to request appropriate references and check that any private tutors have a recent Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure certificate.
Any additional costs associated with providing home education is the responsibility of the home educator.

They register at the beginning of the lesson and follow the teacher’s lesson as it is delivered in real time. The lesson will be interactive and pupils will be able to hear and ask questions during the session. After assignments are set, the pupil organises the remainder of the day themselves.
