It is estimated that 5 million people juggle work and care in the UK - 1 in 7 in every workplace - and this figure is set to increase. Support is available both to employees who are carers and also to employers on how to support carers in the workforce.
Oldham Council and partners have signed up to Employers for Carers digital resource which gives access to information, advice, and resources for both employees and employers.
