Mental Health Crisis

This service supports anyone who needs urgent mental health support.

The service is for people and their families or friends who are experiencing increased mental health needs.

When you call, a practitioner will listen and help you get the urgent support you need.

NHS Oldham Talking Therapies

NHS Oldham Talking Therapies provides a range of therapies to support your mental health and wellbeing.

The service is for people experiencing low mood, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and sleep difficulties.

TOG Mind

TOG Mind is for anyone who would like support with their mental health and wellbeing.

This includes the Listening Space, a walk-in service for any adult in Oldham experiencing mental health difficulties or who simply needs a calm space.

The Listening Space is at 19 to 25 Union Street, Oldham, OL1 1HA. Opening times are available online.

Age UK Oldham

Age UK Oldham provides local support for older people and their families.

This includes information and signposting, hospital discharge and dementia support, preventative services at home, daycare and social activities.

The Adult Referral Contact Centre is for reporting concerns to protect adults from abuse, neglect or mental or physical harm, and for support to stay independent.

Adult Physiotherapy

Adult Physiotherapy supports people with a musculoskeletal problem such as back pain, neck pain, a painful joint, or general soft tissue sprains and strains.

The service is for anyone experiencing musculoskeletal pain or symptoms affecting one area of the body.

Isolation and loneliness: I am or have been feeling isolated

Saint Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre provides a comprehensive and coordinated forensic, counselling and aftercare service for anyone who has experienced rape or sexual assault.

The service is for men, women and children who have experienced rape or sexual assault, whether this happened recently or in the past.
