Greater Leaders is an accredited programme to develop leadership and management skills and knowledge.
The Greater Leaders programme aims to bring together supervisors and managers from across Team Oldham who are committed to Oldham, want to make a difference and are interested in further developing their leadership and management skills and knowledge. As such, it will also offer the opportunity to build cross-sector relationships and share practice /experiences with peers in a collaborative way, growing our leadership community across Oldham.
