The proprietor of a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle is required to report any accident causing damage, materially affecting the safety, performance or appearance of the vehicle or the comfort or convenience of passengers to the Licensing Service within 72 hours.
If you are a licensed driver or are the proprietor of a licensed vehicle, and you need to report an accident please complete this online form. You will be asked to upload photographs of the damage to the vehicle as part of this form.
