If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Rent Direct form

We may be able to pay your tenants housing benefit direct to you if:

  • Your tenant owes more than 8 weeks rent arrears
  • You believe they might find it difficult to manage their money or you feel they are unlikely to pay the rent.

Before you start

When completing the form you will be required to upload evidence of any rent arrears, this can be either an electronic copy of a rent statement, rent book or a rent schedule showing missing payments.

If you do not have this available please print off the downloadable version of this form and follow the instructions on how to submit it.
