Appeal to the Independent Panel - home to school transport - free travel pass

Please note

All appeals must be submitted within 20 working days of the Council's decision not to issue a Free School Travel Pass.

It is important that you read the home to school transport policy. 

If medical grounds are one of the reasons for your appeal, medical evidence must be provided for the appeal panel members.  The Education Department may also require the child to undergo a medical examination by the School Health Service.
