Cancelling an assisted collection

If you wish to cancel an assisted collection, please complete this form instead Cancel an assisted collection

Important note

An assisted collection will be given provided there are no other members of the same household, over the age of 18, who are able to assist in placing containers out for collection.

If possible, please include suitable documents supporting your need for an assisted collection to support your application. These can be documents to show you receive a disability, sickness, or mobility-related benefit or a medical certificate issued by GP.

If you are not able to include any such documentation, this will not preclude you from being eligible for an assisted collection, but it will help us to process your application more quickly.
