You cannot undertake this process retrospectively.
This form will time out automatically if it is inactive for 30 minutes.
You will be asked to upload a plan indicating the site and proposed development, preferably drawn to an identified scale.

The information you provide (including supporting documents) will be available to view on the planning file (in the Planning Office and online), so make sure you do not include any personal information other than that required by the procedure within your documents.
When publishing information relating to notifications, Oldham Council will make every effort to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures are not published online.
