1. Permanently remove the front dormer from the property on the Land.
2. Permanently remove the door to the rear elevation of the rear dormer of the property on the Land.
3.1 Either remove the 2 storey rear extension of the property on the Land or
3.2 Reduce its height in line with the eaves of the main roof of the property and reduce its projection to 3 metres beyond the original rear elevation of the property so that it constitutes permitted development pursuant to paragraph A.1(h)(i) of Class A (Enlargement improvement or other alteration of a dwellinghouse of Part 1 (Development within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse) of Schedule 2 of the Town & Country (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
