1. Reduce the length of the single storey rear extension on the Land to no more than 3 metres beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse so that it constitutes permitted development pursuant to Class A (Enlargement, improvement or other alteration of a dwellinghouse of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2. Permanently remove the building materials used to construct the extension from the alleyway to the rear of the Land.
