Generally, for social events during bar opening times, room hire is free of charge (a returnable booking fee of £50 is required to secure a booking). For bookings on weekdays before 18:00 which require bar facilities a charge of £70 is made. For corporate bookings (non-bar) an hourly charge of £25 is made tea and coffee provided
