Homes for Ukraine was launched in March 2022 by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
The Scheme allows sponsors in the UK to nominate a named Ukrainian or Ukrainian family to stay with them in their home or in a separate property.

Once registered and matched to a Ukrainian individual or family, your details will be shared with your local council who will contact you to make arrangements to carry out disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks and visit your property to check it meets the required standards.
