The confines of Oldham Town Centre have been designated a Flyer Free Zone under the Clean Neighbourhoods Act 2005.
As a result anybody wishing to distribute free printed matter such as leaflets, flyers, stickers, wrist bands, free magazines etc. must apply to the Council for permission to distribute.
