However, the Council gives no warranty as to the accuracy of the information on this web site and accepts no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of reliance on such information.

Although the Council takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the information provided to it from third parties is not defamatory or offensive, the Council cannot control the content or take responsibility for pages maintained by external providers.

This Charter sets out the standards of service that you can expect from us in the way that we handle your personal information.

  • Processed in accordance with your ("the data subject's") rights
  • Secure
  • Not transferred to countries without adequate protection

We will only use your personal information to help us to deliver the various services provided the by the Council. The only exception to this is where we may also use this information to aid the investigation, prevention and detection of crimes, and may in such circumstances share this information with other public agencies.

You have a right to see any personal information that the Council holds about you.
