4. Check if your property is licensed
Public register of licensed properties
The local authority is required to keep a register of all licensed properties within its jurisdiction. The online system will provide access to the public register.
Please note: the register only contains details of properties that have been licensed and not those that are subject to an application but are yet to be licensed. The absence of an address from the list does not necessarily mean that the property is being operated unlawfully as an application may be in progress.
