If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Religious community members

A discount may apply if you:

  • Are member of a religious community and your principal occupation consists of prayer, contemplation, education, the relief of suffering, or any combination of these, and
  • Have no income or capital of your own (disregarding any income by way of a pension in respect of former employment) and are dependent on the community to provide for your material needs

An example of a member of a religious community is a monk or nun.
