If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

2. My bin has been stolen

Most bin thefts happen on collection day, after bins have been emptied. You can avoid your bin being stolen by taking it back in as soon as possible after collection or, if you can’t, ask a neighbour to bring it back in for you.

If your bin is stolen, we would advise:

  • To wait until your next collection day to see if your bin is put back out and then reclaim it.
  • If you know who has taken it, let us know so we can help you get it back.
  • If you don’t know who has taken it and it doesn’t turn up on collection day, then unfortunately a replacement bin is chargeable. Payment can be made using credit or debit card.
