Laurel Bank Day Centre

Laurel Bank is a modern day centre that aims to help to maintain and improve the quality of life for older people living in their own homes. It also provides support to relatives, friends and carers of service users.

The service is aimed at older people with a functional mental illness and/or substantial to critical physical and/or sensory disabilities.

It is an assessed service, which means that it will only be offered to you if the service is appropriate to your needs and following a social work assessment.

Activities and facilities

The Centre has a hairdressing room, medical care room, bathroom, kitchen, garden, lounge and computers.

At lunchtime a choice of hot meals is provided and specialised dietary needs can be catered for.

Drinks and snacks are also available.
