Alexandra Children's Centre offers a wide range of activities for all families with children aged 0–5.

Alexandra Children's Centre is one of four centres within the West Oldham District Children's Centre Cluster.

Antenatal Midwife Clinics

Weekly clinics at the children’s centre. By appointment only, contact the children’s centre to make an appointment

Baby clinic

Have your baby weighed and discuss your baby’s progress with the health visiting team.

Early Days Advice Drop In

For babies 0-12 months. Come along and speak to our staff for advice on weaning, sleep and any other queries you may have.

Little Adventurers - Stay and Play

For children aged 0–5years, these fun activities support learning and development through play.

If travelling from Lees (A669): 

Turn right onto Hartshead Street, following the road onto Rhodes Hill. Turn right onto Lees New Road, at the second mini roundabout turn onto Wildmoor Avenue, Alexandra Children’s Centre is on the right.

If travelling from Kings Street Roundabout Junction between A627 and A62:

Take the turning onto Park Road; continue along through the traffic lights onto Abbeyhills Road. Continue along Abbeyhills Road. Past the speed camera. Turn left onto Lees New Road; at the third mini roundabout turn left onto Wildmoor Avenue. Alexandra Children’s Centre is on the right

The following buses stop directly outside the centre: 415, 425.
