Alexandra Children's Centre is one of four centres within the West Oldham District Children's Centre Cluster.
The District Manager is Janette Olsen and the Team Leader is Anne Hunter.
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Grab some new or nearly new baby clothes – only 20p per item.
All clothes are on display in the community room.
Prepare yourself for childbirth. Talk to the midwife to join the group.

Weekly clinics at the children’s centre. By appointment only, contact the children’s centre to make an appointment
For babies aged 4–12 months, join this six-week communication and fun play programme for you and your baby. Contact the children’s centre to book a place.
Have your baby weighed and discuss your baby’s progress with the health visiting team.
A five-week programme looking at strategies to support your child’s speech and language development. Referral only (self-referrals accepted).
Little Adventurers - Stay and Play
For children aged 0–5years, these fun activities support learning and development through play.

Turn right onto Hartshead Street, following the road onto Rhodes Hill. Turn right onto Lees New Road, at the second mini roundabout turn onto Wildmoor Avenue, Alexandra Children’s Centre is on the right.
If travelling from Kings Street Roundabout Junction between A627 and A62:
Take the turning onto Park Road; continue along through the traffic lights onto Abbeyhills Road. Continue along Abbeyhills Road. Past the speed camera. Turn left onto Lees New Road; at the third mini roundabout turn left onto Wildmoor Avenue. Alexandra Children’s Centre is on the right
