Membership is free and for life!
Just ask at any local library (Find a library) or complete the online application form. When you join online you will be given a temporary web registration number and you will then be able to collect your library card from any of Oldham’s libraries. If you are under 16, your library card will be posted to your parent/guardian.
You can join at any age and start borrowing and using the public computers straight away.
If you ever want to cancel your membership just bring back any items you have borrowed, and hand in your card.
