2. Access to health information, advice and support
You will still have access to the School Nurse Team for information, advice, and support regarding your child’s health.
The School Nurses attend schools to carry out routine surveillance as part of the Healthy Child Programme, which includes immunisations.
Despite your child not attending school, they remain entitled to receive these vaccinations, which can be administered in a local clinical setting.
