Activities are differentiated to meet the needs of each child. Resources are made available by accessing baskets or using choice albums/boards. Resources are set out so that children can access the environment independently.

Providing introductory visits to gather information about the child, the child has the opportunity to become familiar with the setting with their parent/s before being left. To support transition to the next setting I would gather relevant information about the setting and support visits.

Completed Senco training and attend any relevant training when required.

What is your policy on compliments, complaints, concerns?

I am willing to listen to any compliments, concerns or complaint, hopefully on hearing any concerns or complaint we could discuss a way forward together. On starting at the setting you would have access to a copy of the complaints policy which outlines the procedure.
