Together Trust's Newbridge Centre is based in Stockport, SK1 2NY, providing a community based day service for young people with learning and physical disabilities from 18-30 years. Newbridge offers a programme of activities both within the Centre and by accessing the local community.

Description

Newbridge is part of the Together Trust, a voluntary organisation offering a range of innovative and vibrant community services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex health needs.

Newbridge tailor make programmes to suit the individual needs of people aged 18 to 30 years, providing a diverse range of exciting and varied activities with opportunities to develop vocational and independence skills, as well as the chance to socialise.

We offer a comprehensive programme of activities which includes art, baking, sensory sessions, gardening and relaxation. You can learn new skills in our ‘Café Xperience',

Newbridge's on site restaurant serves other young people accessing the service and staff five days a week.

We also enjoy getting out and about regularly in our specially adapted vehicles, using the local leisure centres for swimming, football, basketball and the gym.

We offer personalised programmes to suit your needs.
