Description

New Bridge Horizons is a flexible and personalised day provision for young people aged 19-25 years with a range of additional needs.

Young people can attend on a part-time or full-time basis and support is tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

We look at supporting service users in 3 main areas. Independent living, leisure and employment. Sessions and targets are all based around these 3 areas.
