Description

We provide mental health care and treatment to care home residents across Oldham.The team also provide education and support to care home staff and in primary care.

The team consists of one part time team manager,three registered mental health nurses, a part time Occupational Therapist, to a technical instructor who works with care staff to understand the importance of providing therapeutic and meaningful activities.
