Shelter cannot offer you housing, but their specialist advisers can give you immediate and practical assistance.

The Information and Resource Centre provides help with:

  • Homelessness emergencies
  • Researching local private rented options
  • Looking for hostel vacancies
  • Dealing with debts
  • Financial statements
  • Applying for benefits Deposit information
  • Self service computers and telephone (staff can help if available)
