Description

At NVR Practitioners Consortium, we train parents/carers in the Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Parenting Approach.

NVR Is a principles based programme that works with parents/carers to reduce their behaviours of concern, such as violence, risk taking and aggression in their children/young people.  We also train professionals working with families.

In addition, we support parents and carers of children and young people with SEND by training them in the NVR Parenting Approach.  The training enables parents and carers to build/rebuild relationships with their children and to raise their presence with the children as authoritative parents.

To find out more, visit our website: www.nvrpc.org.uk

We hold a regular 2-hour online introduction to NVR sessions. This is a chance for you to find out more about how NVR works and to help you decide if it could help your family.

Tickets are £12 or £6 for those on low incomes or receiving means-tested benefits.

Sessions available are on Saturdays or Sundays on selected dates throughout the year from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
