Vaccinations are now available to anyone aged 12 or above. Anyone over 12 can book online. Anyone over 16 can visit one of our local vaccine clinics without an appointment.

Description

Together Trust provides shared care and short breaks services in the North West of England for children and young people. We offer a ‘home from home’ experience.

Planned and emergency overnight short breaks in a residential setting. Includes a specialist Autism service accredited with the National Autistic Society. We pride ourselves on working with each child in a unique way that is sensitive to their individual needs.

These include:

  • Children and young people who have learning and communication difficulties
