The adult learning disability team is a multi-disciplinary team of Learning Disability Nurses, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapy and Psychology who work together to provide a seamless service for adults from age 18.

NHS Pennine Care learning disabilities services for adultts. We deliver person centred, high quality, health-focused support to enable you to develop, maintain or restore a valued life in the community.
