If you are concerned about a person who is at risk of so called honour based violence and abuse (SCHBVA), including forced marriage and female genital mutilation, and you would like to make a referral into Project Choice please complete the form. Please provide as much detail as possible.
It is important that you do not share any information with client’s family members.
Project Choice is a safeguarding service. Consent to refer into the service is not required however you should notify your client that this referral is being made.
