All employees of Oldham Council are required to wear a Security ID Badge.

ID badges are issued by the Council from Rochdale Road Reception, Level 2, Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT.   

Photo-sessions are held on Monday to Friday between 10am - 12noon and 2 - 4pm and are strictly by appointment only.  Please email idbadges@oldham.gov.uk to arrange an appointment date and time.  All enquiries must be made via email, phone calls cannot be accepted.

  • The Line Manager must complete the form
  • The employee must print off a completed copy to take to their appointment  
  • ID badges will not be issued for incorrect / incomplete forms.
