Workforce Development Subgroup
Following the review of the Oldham LSCB subgroups in April 2008, recommendations were made to restructure the seven subgroups.
The Training Subgroup and the Human Resources Subgroup have merged to create the Workforce Development Subgroup. The subgroup is responsible for organising co-ordinating, monitoring and evaluating recruitment processes, inductions and inter-agency and multi-agency training regarding safeguarding children.
