Learn to Ride: Alexandra Park

Quality cycling training provided by TfGM

Cycling

Learn to Ride courses are led by qualified instructors who look to teach the basics of the bike. The course takes place with qualified instructors in a safe, off-road environment and lasts around two hours. Bikes and helmets will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Over two hours you’ll learn:
• Things you should check before each ride.
• Getting on your bike, balancing and getting off again .
• Starting and stopping.
• Steering your bike and stopping quickly if you need to.
