Oldham Beyond was commissioned by the Oldham Partnership and the North West Development Agency. It provides a vision and strategy for the Borough over the next 15 years.
Since the Oldham Beyond report was produced the Council is now actively seeking to achieve many of the aims that were set out in the report. There has been some significant progress in delivering a number of these key projects, some of which are listed below.
