If you want to find out if an area of land or a property is council owned, please contact the corporate property division. We can assess who manages these areas and forward any enquiries or complaints to the relevant managing department.
At present, there are two Divisions within the Council that deal with different aspects of land and property:
Property Services Division – who deal with all aspects of information on land and property owned by the Council. They also deal with Council owned property that is available for purchase or rent. For further information visit the Council Land and Property page.

Please note that not all pieces of council land can be bought/leased, even if they appear to be currently unused.
