Adult and Community Services support people by providing help in their own home, short breaks to spend time with a family or individual, provide special equipment to those people who are unable to manage unless their home is adapted, provide training and equipment to the disabled, offer a day service to those who may not be able to get out of their home, and advice on understanding and claiming benefits.
