The online register search page for Planning Applications is now available for all applications from January 2004. Use the search to look for:
- Planning Applications
- Planning Decisions
- Planning Appeals
- Planning Appeal Decisions
- Applications for discussion in the next Planning Application Committee meeting or determined at the last

In order to participate in the consultation process and comment on planning applications, use the on-line search facility below to find a specific application. If you are a member of the public please use the Neighbour Representations link and then follow the instructions. Statutory Consultees can send their comments by using the link and their login.
Please note that when commenting on planning applications, your reply will be available for inspection by the applicant and the public at the Planning reception.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the copyright acts (section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material, which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
If you would like to view in person, a copy of the applications, plans and any other documents submitted with the proposals are available for inspection by members of the public at Planning reception, Level 12, Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
