The Executive Board leads the strategic direction of Oldham Children's Trust. The prime function of the Executive Board is to ensure that services are fully integrated and that the responsibilities for meeting the five outcomes are jointly met. The Executive Board meets four times per year.
Meetings will take place quarterly in the boardroom, Level 10, Civic Centre on a Thursday morning, 9.00am – 11.00am unless stated otherwise
The CCSG has the responsibility of driving forward the Changing for Children agenda and delivering improved outcomes for children and young people as set out in the Chidren and Young People Plan. The CCSG is made of lead officers and chairs from the seven service delivery partnerships, lead officers for the Children and Young People Stakeholder events and Partnership Stakeholder events, in addition to Chairs of the Integrated Commissioning Group , Integrated Services Board and Integrated Systems Board.
