Childcare survey

Oldham Family Information service (FIS) is working with local childcare providers to ensure that parents’ needs are being met.

To help us determine the childcare needs of parents within Oldham, we would appreciate visitors completing a short questionnaire to access the types of childcare used and what parents need from childcare providers.

Everyone who complete our questionnaire will be automatically added to our mailing list for our FREE parents' magazine. Your information will not be used for any purpose other than to assist in the planning and facilitating of childcare services within the Oldham area. Your details will not be passed to any third party. If you DO NOT want to receive our FREE parents' magazine please tick the box at the end of the form.
