Environmental Education

The Centre specialises in providing a range of environmental education courses for Primary Schools. These courses are geared towards meeting the requirements of the National Curriculum. All courses are designed to school requirements and can be residential or non residential. The emphasis is on practical experience in the outdoors.

Outdoor & Adventurous activities

The Centre provides a range of outdoor activities for all age groups. Courses can be residential or non residential. The Oldham Outdoor and Environmental Education Service is licensed with the Adventure Activity Licensing Authority to provide Canoeing, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Hill Walking, Ghyll Scrambling, Rafting Building, Sailing and Mountain Biking.

Team building days for your staff

We offer a variety of programmes designed to contribute to your staff training programme. These are custom designed to your needs, and can be:

  • Low key problem solving courses or challenging adventure based activities
  • Residential or non residential
  • Full or half day
  • With or without catering
