Status Survey

This is a nationwide exercise that is done every two years – all local authorities and arms length management organisations are required to undertake the survey for the government. It will be done in Oldham on our behalf by a company called Kwest sometime before November. (Survey shown above so you will recognise the survey when it arrives).

It allows tenants to comment on how they rate the services they receive from their landlord and how satisfied they are, and provides vital information on how services should be improved. A sample of our tenants has to be chosen to answer the survey at random. It may be that you will be selected, and if so we would be very grateful for you participating.
