If you move into a property and there is no wheeled bin you may request one for a £29.06 inc VAT fee.
Payment can be made over the phone using a credit or debit card by calling 'Contact Oldham' on 0161 770 6644. Alternatively, you can download a Replacement Wheeled Bin form and this can be returned along with a cheque or postal order. Once the form has been received in our Customer Services Centre the delivery of your new bin will then be scheduled.
However if you are residing in a property and your bin goes missing you are entitled to one replacement bin free of charge should you request another bin the £29.06 inc VAT fee will apply.
If your bin has gone missing you can report it below. You must tell us your name, address and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we need any more information.
