Opportunities for graduates in Oldham
Oldham Council is on the lookout for two graduates with a passion for working in public services.
The National Graduate Development Programme provides a fantastic development opportunity for graduates, offering a range of work placements that will equip them with skills to help launch a career in public services
And Oldham Council has partnered with the scheme to offer opportunities for two graduates to develop a career working to improve our town.
As well as providing full time employment, the scheme offers applicants an accredited learning and development programme and access to mentors as well as a national network of current trainees and alumni.
Cllr Abdul Jabbar, Deputy Leader of Oldham Council, said: “We’re always keen to offer opportunities to graduates in Oldham and the National Graduate Development Programme is a great way of doing so.
“We’re offering applicants the opportunity to develop a career in public service, learn from our team and make a difference to the town.
“I’m hoping for plenty of local applicants and I would encourage people to help spread the word to potential candidates.”
Applicants are asked to choose their top three placement opportunities offered by participating councils at the end of a comprehensive selection process.
